When I was looking for a company to transfer images from VHS to DVD online, I was very wary about sending my treasured tapes anywhere, in case they got lost. Also, some companies offered "bargains" and "two for ones", and I wondered what the quality would be like. I came upon Update Media who seemed like a quality company to me, and I contacted them by phone to see that they were definitely there, before I sent my tapes. I don’t often post comments, but the service received from this company was exceptional! Right from the start there was excellent communication; what format I wanted, what size DVD's, what combination etc. I viewed all the DVD's before I paid anything, and was so impressed I organised copies straightaway. Some were given to me at discounted prices; all were returned by special delivery - safely packed in a large box. I had hours and hours of tapes, and they meticulously put all the clips together, the result is a few box sets which I can keep safely. I would recommend this company 100%! TP – Tyne & Wear

I've received the dvd thank you. I'm so pleased with it and very impressed with the outer case pictures and chapters you've done. I wondered if you are able to transfer videos captured on a digital camera and put them on a dvd too (from the memory card)? I'm a bit of a techno phob, my pc doesn't recognise the videos and I don't know how to sort it out so the only way I can watch them is on my camera. Would be brilliant if you could do the same for those? [YES WE CAN!] ER - Nantwich

Thank you very much for the wonderful recovery from an 8mm cassette of the 50th Wedding Anniversary of my parents in Law. Sadly, my Father-in-Law passed away 3 years ago and my angel of a Mother-in-Law is now seriously ill with both Altzeimers and Parkinsons Desease.
